Gretchen Barnett – Staging Consultant
Gretchen will visit your home to make recommendations for staging elements that will help in the quick sale of the home. Such recommendations may include artfully rearranging the existing furniture, suggestions for various de-cluttering techniques and other decorative elements. Shay & Associates has an inventory of products such as rugs, vases, table settings, plants and wall hangings that Gretchen can choose from to help stage your home. Staging is offered as a complimentary service from Shay & Associates.
Jeanne Duncan – Office Manager
When you call the office you will most likely speak with Jeanne. She is our Office Manager and an important part of keeping us all on track. She manages and processes every contract, ensures we respond quickly to counter offers and fields any obstacles that come up in selling or buying a home. Her dedication to the job will ensure a timely response to your questions and assist in a successful close of escrow.
Hannah Grissom – Marketing Assistant
Our clients are very important to us and that is why Hannah is dedicated to taking care of you. At Shay & Associates we strive to develop relationships with our clients even when we are not in a real estate transaction. For that reason, Hannah helps with our Client Appreciation Program, an important part of our success. Hannah also helps represent Shay & Associates through social networking and other media exposure which translates into better market recognition and helps us better represent and negotiate on behalf of our clients.
Kathy Mocharski – Graphic Designer
Kathy designs all of our advertising. She professionally develops Shay & Associates marketing materials with her expertise in regards to color, type, photography and various print and layout techniques. Kathy specializes in various computer software packages to create impactful layouts and strong design elements. She produces the Shay & Associates property brochures, advertising print, promotional displays, corporate signage and our logo.
